Our Fitness journey


Ok so today is the first day of our new healthy life. We decided that as a family we need to make some changes.


Step 1 Food


First we decided our diet needed to change, a paleo food change. If you can't catch it you can't eat it.

Step 2 Exercise


30 day pilates challenge at 8.30am to start the morning. After coaching and working for 3 hours already.


 Next we have completed our first PT session with Tammy.

Making time and putting it in the diary.
